This is because global market segments provide an ample number of opportunities and profits in terms of the industry. If a company possesses a good supply chain and a vast amount of clientele base then it can excel in the international market segment and can earn huge turnover. The companies in the international segment have been spreading their arms and legs in various other sectors and areas as well. However, to do this the company needs to have cross-culture management in its hierarchy. This is because operating in the international segment has many flaws attached to it that lead the company into profit or can drag it into a loss. Cross-cultural management allows the company to work with all the dissimilarities attached and the different sectors of the trade.

A cross-culture management is the one where the management sees through all the dissimilarities in the workforce and the branches of the organization and pro the transition and provides them a clear objective which they can follow to achieve the personal as well as organizational goals. It has assigned with it many political factors and economic factors that affect the productivity of a company in the segment. If a company overlooks the international segment regarding the flaws and the political influence then it cannot prosper in the segment. Many political factors are also responsible for building up the market segment.

Many researchers have argued that the current global economy has allowed many industries to grow further entertaining many more industries to enter the market segment. Result of this many small-scale and medium-scale companies have also tried their luck in the international segment and have earned well. The conditions such as cheap labor basic earning rights and other criteria have allowed them to enhance their yield.

However, they’re also a negative impact of this as the company’s growth in a segment has been directly associated with negligible pay, environmental pollution, and other areas.

Conclusion

Globalization is a wider term in today’s world trade economy. All the countries have been promoting to see to their own political and economic interest in the segment. In this constant state of the cold war against economies, a company only looks to do its profit suppressing the basic pay and basic rights of the workforce and its employees. This has a far more negative aspect. Globalization has shifted from being prosperous to being dominant. The people have now just been motivated to derive profit and extend their branches of the organization despite the fact that their workforce is suffering from it.
