Lahore and Faisalabad Board won the title of Sports Gala 2021

Lahore and Faisalabad Boards have won the title of Inter Board Sports Gala 2021. According to details, the closing ceremony of Inter Board Sports Gala 2021 was held at the Hockey Ground of Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad in the boy’s category and the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore in the girl’s category won the title of Inter Board Sports Gala 2021.


Parliamentary Secretary for Federal Education and Vocational Training Ms. Wajiha Qamar attended the closing ceremony as a special guest. Speaking at the event, he said that a healthy body has a healthy mind and sports play an important role in keeping the brain healthy and active.

Earlier it was said that education is essential for a successful life but now Sports also play an important role in a successful life. He advised the students to take part in extracurricular activities in addition to their regular studies.


He also said that now the sports gala is over and it is time to study and get good marks in the annual exams as they work hard in sports. Ms. Wajiha Qamar lauded the efforts of Secretary Dr. Mallah IBCC and Mardan Board as well as IBSC in making this event a success and said that earlier IBCC was known only for certification and equivalence but now Dr. IBCC’s positive image is being created through the efforts of sailors.

Wajiha Qamar said that under her leadership the organization is bringing educational reforms, provision of better services, automation and digitization, extra-curricular, extra-curricular and extra-curricular activities.


In Inter Board Sports Gala 2021 (Girls Category) 840 female students participated in 3 games. In badminton, BISC Lahore won the title, FBISC second and BISE Abbottabad third. In hockey, BISE Lahore won the title and BISE Faisalabad and Larkana secured second and third positions respectively,

while in athletics BISE Lahore also secured first position and BISE DG Khan. And the FBI was second and third, respectively. Ms. Wajiha Qamar distributed prizes to the players and teams who showed outstanding performance.
